Do not use this place!!! They are Overpriced, VERY VERY low end quality work, NO costumer service at all! and just overall very bad experience!!!
I dropped two suits here for over a week to get tailored. Not only did they not finish them in that time. When I got there to try them on they were tighter then my wife’s leggings!!! After showing them the very obvious mess up, they were reluctant to even fix the pants, after arguing with them for several minutes they went a ahead to fix the problem. After waiting for an hour for them, I tried on the pants again… They were even worse! Uneven legs… Stitching was coming out and was still tight and just looked absolutely terrible!
I would NOT recommend these tailors, if you like the way your cloth look on you and payed your hard earned money them, please do yourself a favor and do not come here!!!

You’re going to pay a premium if you get anything dry cleaned or altered in the mall. Unfortunately, due to a change in ownership, the prices have gone up just a tad. I used to pay $ 15 for dress pant alterations, now the charge is $ 18. Thankfully, the execution hasn’t faltered.
Dry cleaning fees have remained steady though, so there is some relief there.
If you work in the mall, then this is a good option – especially if you rely on public transportation to get to and from work. The store is located next to Lord & Taylor on the first level of the mall.
But if you do have your own set of wheels, then stick with your neighborhood dry cleaner/​tailor.
You’ll save more in the long run…
