The staff didn’t make me wait a ridiculous amount of time just to drop off a lab specimen like Quest Diagnostics in Teaneck did. They were busier than the Teaneck location and they still operated in a time efficient manner. The staff was friendly and apologized for the wait as well.

HORRIBLE service! They won’t take anyone without insurance unless you pay BEFORE you get any work done. They won’t work with doctors, they treat you like pond scum if you want to self pay, and god forbid you ask for a payment plan because you don’t have a lot of money to your name.
So much for treating people like people…
