Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Tony is a classically trained European tailor, who began his training at Le Grand Chic Academy in Bologna, Italy. Following his graduation, he moved to Rome to complete a lengthy apprenticeship. During his apprenticeship he was able to perfect the art of making custom made suits.

After marrying and moving to the United States he began working for the upscale department store B. Altman & Co. as a master tailor. In the spring of 1972, he ventured out on his own and it was then that Tony’s Custom Tailor was born. He is still tailoring today because he loves what he does and his loyal customers.
