Bill is the owner and has over 30 years experience in the industry. He works directly with a highly experienced staff to ensure that your repairs are completed fast. Kari is our scheduling supervisor. Kathleen is our parts supervisor. Missy is our tech support professional. Tom and Ed oversee our technical staff.
