Coco Nails

I went here about 2 weeks ago to get french, acrylic nails put on. I had an appointment but had to wait about 15 minutes, which was fine. However, I felt like I was a burden to them and an inconvenience. The lady who did my nails was okay however she bothered my cuticles a little too much and when I left they were very red and swollen. My acrylics looked good though. The other day I went in because my thumb nail broke and I needed to get it fixed before returning to work the next day. I walked in around 4pm (they were open until 6:30) and they said that they did not have any time to fix my nail and basically shooed me out of the door. For these reasons, I will not be returning.

My first visit to Coco and I was very impressed. The studio is immaculate, even the wires and spaces behind the chairs were spotless. Despite being very busy, I was greeted by name and taken on time for my appointment. My pedicure is flawless and the operator very friendly and professional. Every employee has her license displayed at the front desk. The fee is quite reasonable considering the service, and the owner offered me a repeat customer discount card. 4 services= 10% off the 5^th. I already booked my next pedicure

I found a new favorite nail salon! I started getting gel manicures recently but hadn’t found a salon I wanted to be my regular until now.
First, the salon is very nicely decorated and feels «luxe». They are clean, which should be a given, but is definitely a plus compared to others in the area.
I had an appointment for a gel manicure and was taken right in at my time and called by name. Great customer service. The manicure itself — nothing was left out. Any little thing that another salon might leave out (like filing sharp edges at the end) — it was all included, as well as a mini shoulder massage, and hand and arm massage with a hot towel at the end.
I can’t wait to go back! The pedicure area was nicely appointed as well and I noticed that the tubs were cleaned thoroughly between clients.
