Poor customer service. The guy that works there is rude and doesn’t know how to speak to people. He Mumbles under his breath complaining about customers. They bring up BS charges when you bring back the car that were not gone over when you get the vehicle.

One of the worst customer experiences ever. They confirmed a car for a trip we had multiple reservations hinging on and then rented the car to someone else, leaving us up sh1ts creek without a paddle. Everyone at the place gave a different explanation as to why they were so incompetent by nothing added up. Avoid doing business with these people and you’ll have a much more enjoyable trip.
