Sally’s Cleaning & Window Washing

Dear Rosetta; I came across your review just this past month and was very sorry to see that you were not happy. We have been in business for over 40 years and the satisfaction of our customers is top priority. I would like to let you know that I would have came back and corrected any problems that you had with the windows, your satisfaction as all of our customers is very important to us. Our company has over an 85% repeat service, many of our customers use our service 4 times per year.
We make sure that our window count is accurate and our price per window is one of the best in the area.

Let me start by saying I feel terrible writing this because the man that came was SUPER NICE! I think he must be the owner nit sure? I was given the name by a friend who’s mother in law raved about him. He told me $ 6 per window which is the going rate I had no problem with that. I ASSUMED incorrectly that the entire window would be cleaned. When he got to my house I asked about the screens he said no. I asked him to remove them and that my boys could do them at a later time. He did not clean the little ledge between the window frame or any other part of the window. The knob where you open and close your window that ledge was left untouched and on some windows full of dirty water drops. This was a Mother’s Day gift… I usually do them my self but thought wouldn’t it be nice to have it done professionally? If I wanted to go back and clean the part he did not do I would of done the jib my self. Now the important part… MY WINDOWS WERE ALL STREAKED!!! I called him mad he was super nice came back and re did half of them I could not have them all done over because i had to get to work and he was a half hour late coming. Even after he returned the second time my big tall window in the front (the main reason I was getting them done because I can not reach up there) is still streaked. I was not going to post because again he was super nice but as I walked down stairs this beautiful sunny morning looking at my dirty window I felt compelled to write a review. I will not all a third time if it was done incorrectly the first 2 a third would be wasting more of my time. I paid $ 328 for 30 windows he spent 3hrs and 20 minutes. That’s like a $ 100 and hour??? Didn’t care what it cost but I do feel that the job was rushed.

We, too, found Sally to be reasonable — about one third the quote we had received. They responded promptly, unlike Crystal Clear, and did a thorough job. We had plaster dust from construction and they cleaned each screen meticulously. We, too, plan to use them yearly and thought they were terrific.

Showed up on time, made the windows sparkle and charged a reasonable fee for their services. We plan to use them annually and would highly recommend.
