Long turn around time, expensive rates, and EVEN WEIRDER customer service. That’s three strikes.

This is strictly for alterations only, terrible. I brought in three pairs of pants to be hemmed. When I went in with winter boots on and lower cut dress shoes as well, there was an older Asian gentlemen who was struggling with english. I tried to try the pants on, but was scolded and measured with a tape right there on the spot, this was Monday. I was told that the pants would be ready by Saturday. Came in Saturday morning, they weren’t ready yet, and the same guy now wanted to measure me? All I had was the winter boots I was wearing and he wanted me to try on the pants, which I really didn’t have time to do that day. I was promised the pants would be ready by five, so on a break from work I went in to get them at five. Now that I have tried the pants on, they are all too long and will have to be done again.
The real kicker is for this poor service and lack of craft I paid 57 dollars and change for the privilege. It seems like I paid top dollar for poor service, lack of know how, and zero commitment to getting this done on time.
I can’t attest to their dry cleaning, but for alterations using them would be a huge mistake.

Do NOT go here. Dropped just 2 pairs of pants off Monday morning — was not due to be picked up until Saturday at 3 p.m. Does not post prices anywhere or state charge up front, then charges $ 15 for just 2 pairs of pants at pick-​up. When I went to pick up my clothes and gave my receipt, brought out wrong order until I made employee aware of this. Employee has trouble understanding and speaking English.

Easy drop off service. Was in a bind for a wedding and needed a dress cleaned in two days. Ready on time but $ 21…thought it was a little steep. I don’t get much dry cleaned but if I needed somewhere in a pinch Id come here. Very friendly service when I picked up. Seems family owned which is nice to see.

I wish all dry cleaners were this convenient!

I needed men’s shirts done and they were less than any cleaners in Amherst.
I love this place.

The quality of the work was fine, but the price was unreasonably high; for that, 1 star.
I was in a pinch, and needed a blazer dry-​cleaned while I was in Western MA. My usual dry cleaners, Stoughton Cleaners and Tailors, charge $ 6.50, and do a great job. Hartford charged $ 10.50 to dry clean a blazer. Really? I doubt their employee passed my comments on the outrageously high price on to the owner («I just work here»). But I won’t be taking them anything again!
