Established in 2014.

I decided to start a service business of my own after working in the trade for over 42 years for some large company’s in the Hagerstown area.

Business Owner

A lifelong resident of Washington County. I have worked in the HVACR field for over 42 years with some of the largest petroleum dealers providing service for residential and commercial customers. I have worked as an installer, service tech, installation manager and service manager before starting my own business in 2014.

I currently hold licensing in Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

I have needed GP Mechanical for a number of jobs at a couple of small business and Gary is always very accommodating, extremely knowledgeable on different manufacturers, and very fast diagnosing the issue in order to resolve it quickly. He is more than happy to answer questions and to explain why a part failed and what is the best solution depending upon the problem. Most importantly he puts himself in the customers position and makes a recommendation based on that viewpoint. GREAT !!

The compressor on my heat pump went. Gary was at my house in less than an hour after contacting him. He was very thorough with his assessment and estimate for the replacement unit. He provided a quote on the spot and then emailed me a detailed quote along with the replacement unit’s specs (detailed explanation on the process, the unit’ model number and performance specs along with what the factory warranty covers). Out of all the estimates I had (4 total), Gary was by far the most detailed I received. I would recommend him (and I have already to neighbors) in a heart beat.
