I was in need of a new oil change place and I decided to give this place a try. I had seen their advertisements on TV and it is close to home so I thought why not. I was impressed. The people all were very nice and the work was done quickly and professionally. They had a very nice, clean, and bright waiting area. My only complaint, and this is very minor, was that the waiting area was a little too warm. That’s common at this time of year with the temperature varying up and down so I will cut them some slack on that. Great job Grease Monkey, you’re my new oil change place.

These guys are great! I saw their awesome ads on TV and figured I’d give them a shot. So glad I did. I always go here now to get my oil changed because their service is consistent and friendly, and they have good prices and value. I’ve never experienced a wait time over 30 minutes here. Even if there is a «long line,» they have a comfortable waiting area with wifi and coffee. Overall, they’re honest and hardworking. What more could you want?

We first started to go to Grease Monkey as it was the only place that offered fleet services. We have stayed with them since! Everyone is friendly. From Randy with his cap pasted down on his head,(I fear that if i ever see Randy sans cap the world will end) to Pat the owner. They do the job quickly but without haste. Longest i have been there was 75 minutes. However the place was busy & i needed my A/C to be recharged. To the prevoius poster, there is another facility two blocks away that is a full blown mechanics. Why did you not use them instead of a fluids place??? The money is on par & they are always doing coupons in the local paper. Rather go here with people i trust than Walmart etc…

Do not get any service work done at this location. I did twice and the work was not done correctly. the first time I had front pads installed on my 99 Olds Alero and they did not install the anti rattle clips after taking it back to get corrected I was told that they though that they could get away without installing them. I did understand that because I have done that before. But they charged me the same amount(over $ 200.00) to install the clips so a simple brake job cost over $ 400.00 This year one of my belts broke and they were the nearest auto service location it took over 4 hours to replace two belts(I tried to tell them that the belts were just replaced 8 months ago) after they replaced the belts I started to get a squealing noise. The next day i took the car back and was told by the owner it was the Idler Pulley I told Pat I had that replaced in October also. He told me that he could have it checked the next day but it would cost $ 45.00 to see where the noise was coming from and they will spray the pulley with WD40 and if the sound would go away it’s the pulley. I went to the mechanic that did the original repairs and he told me that he had the same issue and had to call the Chrysler Dealership parts department. The fix was to use OEM belts
