This place is a joke. If it was open for a few weeks, I could buy that their process was poor. That’s not the case. I should have paid for the cheaper wash since they did the same level of service for everyone. I paid extra on top of the gold package since I had a ton of bugs on the front end and windshield. That made sense to me since it would take extra effort to get it clean, which is what I wanted. I asked the same guy that took my money about the bug removal and he said its $ 3. I said that I know because I paid for it. They sprayed some stuff and wiped extra. I then pulled around back for the finishing portion. I asked the guy there if he could remove the bugs because it looked terrible still. He said I’ll take care of ya and I told him I already paid for it but were they supposed to do that inside and he said yes. I also asked him how he knew what to do since he didn’t know which package I bought because my ticket was in my pocket. What a mess… He worked hard but he shouldn’t have had to do what he did if everyone did their job.

I would love to give a review on this business, but I never got into the car wash! Oh, I intended to get my car washed and entered the lane, only to wait 10 minutes while the manager chit-chatted with the customer in front of me about car washing 101. When I inquired if the car wash was open he gave me a rude «I’ll be right with you» answer! I exited without giving this place my business.

Went to splash to have my wife’s car cleaned. I have never been there before but I have heard good things.
Not sure where the other people have gone but I’m sure it wasn’t the same place.
First off, it took them over 1 hour to clean the car which was a sub-compact. I also paid for the «gold» package which states that they will vacuum the interior and wipe the dash, console and door panels down. When they said that they were finished, there was still mud on the door panels and the dash had not been wiped down. Seventeen dollars might not be a lot of money to some people, but in today’s economy, I’ll keep my money and next time I’ll drive right on by.

It’s getting harder and harder to find a true «hand wash» car wash. Hagerstown is lucky to have one as good as this. Splash is fantastic! Very fkowledgeable and courteous staff. Excellent work by everyone. Highly recommended.

Unlike Chicago (my only place to compare) Hagerstown really hasn’t embraced the concept of a full service auto detailing shop. The guys inside hand wash your car and do an excellent job of it. (Though if you are anti-brush of any kind –they use boars-hair evidently-this isn’t for you). They scrubbed all the salt and grime from my midnight blue car while I sat inside of it. Then I drove it around to the back. I paid for the gold service ($ 16.95) which includes a thorough interior cleaning. Evidently they thought I wanted the two empty coffee cups in front and one trash filled Dairy Queen cup in the back. The vacuuming was well done and the wipe down was above adequate though there was still patches of grime visible. Next time I go I’ll pre-clean the car out and then buy the mid-priced car wash. All and all, I’m pleased with the outcome.

My car was caked with salt from all the snow days in the «polar vortex» we’ve recently had, and the guys at Splash did a fantastic job cleaning my car! It is once again sparkling.
This is a full-service car wash, which is (weirdly) very rare in Hagerstown, MD. Now, this is not one of those automated car washes with a bunch of people with microfiber towels drying the car at the end (which I’m used to and like). Instead, you drive in and a couple of guys soap the car thoroughly and then spray wash it it thoroughly. The personal touch is excellent. They have a giant «blow drier» for after the wash, and they then dry it with towels — door jambs ad all. Was just $ 9.95. Impressed, I did tip them well though. All of this happens while you wait inside the car!
Excellent service, very friendly and professional. Will definitely be going back there; always happy to support good quality local businesses. They are very conveniently located down the road from the Hagerstown Premium Outlets.
