History

Established in 2012.

Chef Morrison went to culinary school at Florianopolis/​Brazil. While still in school, he assisted in catering many different events, for school, and as a line cook for other caterers in need. He has also worked as a chef in Australia. Through assisting with other people’s catering events he was inspired to start his own catering and personal chef business.

He specializes in cooking American, French, Italian and Latin American food, specially Brazilian and Mexican food, but loves cooking all sorts types of foods, including Hawaiian, Thai and Indonesian cuisine.
