Baskin Robbins

Drove by the beach for a short get away, I decided to stop by an ice cream shop for some sweet treats. When I arrived at the location, I asked to tasted different ice cream flavor, the customer services was excellent and very friendly from the staffs.
Ice cream are always good and I would tell others to come to this place if you are near by.

Extremely poor customer service. I’ve been to this Baskin Robbins on a couple of occasions where I was treated rudely. Clearly, I’m not the only individual who feels this way. The ice cream was okay, nothing special (but we’re talking about a chain, after all). Ultimately, there are countless other locations on the coast that offer good quality ice cream/​frozen yogurt AND top-​notch customer service who would be better suited to receive your business.

I wish I didn’t have to give therm any stars at all. This place sucks big time!!! I use to like going when there was two employes that were so sweet and nice but I think there was a change of employees. The last times I have gone I have had problems with the Asian girl that wears glasses, she is sooooo rude!!!
Just please don’t go this location they dnt wash there hands the place is so filthy and the employees are so rude to everyone.
I talked to the manager on Saturday about his employee and he does not care!
My husband, my kids and I went on Saturday and we order. My 6 yr old did not like his ice cream he thought it was chocolate but it had mint. plus we had asked the girl to put toppings and she did not listen, anyways when I asked if we can exchange the ice cream she rolled her eyes at me and sain nooo! I can understand that but we were going to pay then she gave me attitude and that when we started arguing she screamed at me and started giving me attitude so I called her a f@$&n bitch which was very bad from me to do that but I am so damn tired of her being so rude. Oh btw she called the cops on me like come on! Cops would of not arrested me since I did not touch her. Thinking really hard about filing discrimination complains about this situation.

Lousy, eight dollar milkshake. It was supposed to be mint and chip. Not minty, not chocolatey, just watery and sugary.

Just came here asked for a ice coffee and got an slushy. Asked for a sherbet and found a hair like thing in it. Asked for a ice cream cone with two scoops, and the ice cream was so melted it started falling off my cone. –_​_​_​-​. paid $ 18. Too expensive for some ice cream.

I’m not sure if they are unaware as to how to run a business or they just do not care. Horrible customer service over the phone. The person kept having to ask someone else about what I was asking. They were not accommodating in the least way. Maybe I am just use to other BR that are helpful and want to make special occasions great with their cakes. Changed my mind and will not be ordering from here ever!

Good ice cream. Service is a little slow. But how can you mess up BR… you can’t! The store is clean, plenty of parking, waffle cones are great and made in the store :)

Kids scoop had more ice cream than an adult single scoop… ice cream/​fudge ratio no bueno. Lack of customer service…

I cam here a few months ago, and wasn’t very pleased with the level of customer service.
It took a while for the workers to acknowledge me.
They were nice enough to let me use their sink to wash my hands though.
That’s why I gave 3 stars as opposed to 2.
I got the brownie sundae.
It was pretty delicious.
I love Gold Medal Ribbon.
I think it’s my favorite, but my new favorite would be Icing on the Cake if only more locations would carry it.

I’m upping my rating on this Baskin Robbins. Today I got a cute ice cream cake here, and the sweet man behind the counter did a great job writing a birthday message on it. Sometimes, you’re stuck with someone who has terrible penmanship. Not the case here!
