Specialties

Hands-On Physical I bring a unique problem solving to physical spine & joint pains. I look at the body structure through the evaluative skills that study muscles bones & joints and the habits of life that interfere with our alignments and cause chronic pain. We then look at how to tone and strengthen to remove these imbalances. So this manual therapy style includes working with Myofascial pain, sports medicine rehabilitation, and any type of chronic or acute pain that includes headaches, jaw pain shoulders, hips knees, foot pains and of course basically the whole spine.

History

Established in 1992.

I was working as a Physical Therapist not having enough solutions to the pain clients that came in so I decided to go for further training. Research shows that Manipulation has the highest success rates in patient satisfaction, so I felt it was time that I go back to school to study manipulation. Chiropractic schools have a very comfortable style of manipulation so I chose that training. Which I blend with my Physical Therapy approach to Joint mobilization. So this second degree lead me to needing to open my own space. I then began ion Sunnyvale but quickly moved up to Palo Alto as this my favorite town along the peninsula. I have been located in three places in Palo Alto due to the complexity of Landlords and negotiating fair rates through the Dot Com crashes.
