We wanted to change our windows to vinyl windows double pane which will help with heat and cold.
It really made a difference along with the big sound reduction. Mark and Andre were awesome, these two guys completed the whole project in one day, amazing.
My salesmen Gary and Jeff were really on point with giving me all of the detailed information.
I like the fact that they didn’t try to pressure us into their show room like the other two companies we called. They simply showed us the different samples at our house carrying what looked like briefcases they had in their truck.
The other companies only wanted to come to their place so that the manager will force you into making a decision without going anywhere else for more information.
However, Golden State Windows came to our house, answered all of our questions and completed the project in one day, at the end it all saved us a bunch of money.

The only reason we give them 4 stars instead of 5 (which they deserve) is a little miscommunication that happened.

We Scheduled someone to come out and do an estimate. Sales staff was excellent and knowledgeable. The windows came in ahead of what was estimated and installation was a breeze with only one issue. After they left I noticed one of the screens has a small cut in it, barely noticeable, but I called them up and someone came the next morning and replaced the screen. Great customer service. The best window installation company in the bay.

Golden State windows did a great job replacing all our windows to double pane we initially were interested in the Milgard window but later after comparing all the facts found another manufacture that seem to be higher in quality. We really like the quality of the Amerimax.
Installation was great, all our windows got replaced in one day. Will do my moms house next since we get an additional multi house discount.

Gary and his team were amazing to work with during our window replacement project. We look at several other window replacement companies and there was no comparison for us when it came to these guys. Gary was so easy to work with and helped us every step of the way. Replacing our windows was a big deal and we wanted to make sure we had the right company to do the work. The windows look great and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. Mark and his installers are the best, they kept the house clean, were very polite, made sure we were comfortable with everything going on, and kept to the schedule. I had the pleasure of working with golden state windows for new windows for my new house. I believe the quality of the windows, workmanship, and lead time to get the job completed were very satisfactory. I really enjoyed working with my rep Gary and him taking the time to explain and show me the different types of glass and materials used. Ultimately yes I would recommend them for windows, and probably any of the other work they specialize in.

I wanted to get milgard windows only. I called many companies down on the peninsula. Everyone I talked to was good, but golden state windows impressed me the most with their presentation and that there was no rush or pressure like some other companies I spoke with. At the end it came down to the price and they saved me a nice chunk of change. The milgard window was great but I ended up liking the amerimax window more.

Wow– who knew? I called to find out if they had patio doors, the sales consultant came over to my house, measured told me what kind of doors they had, which I was easily able to access online, picked out which door I wanted. Wrote him a downpayment check and in a few weeks my beautiful door was here. The installer spent hours with my cruddy door frame re-​doing it rebuilding it and then even touching up with white out on some white vinyl trip pieces. I love my door and I really think if people need sliding patio doors or windows they ought to call Golden State Windows !!
