Lauren Shelby, owner of Spaces Within is a gifted interior designer. She understood our taste in the first two meetings. We spent almost four months in the design before even we made the first call to a contractor. In our case, I chose not to hire general contractor. Lauren worked with my electricians, carpenters, painters, drywall guys etc to make sure product was delivered to her satisfaction. She personally took interest and made sure of the quality as if it was for her own home.

Talk about an eye for details and design. Lauren Shelby of Spaces Within has got the ‘IT’. To witness her in action, is what I imagined Michelangelo could have looked like while painting his Sistine Chapel.
She really gets into her clients during initial consultation to find out what their hopes might be, and then turns them into reality. From design, to planning, to execution, if you ever wondered what happened to professionalism these days, Lauren Shelby WILL renew your faith.

Lauren Shelby of Spaces Within assisted me with the interior design in my new home in Central California. We went through wall colors, placement of existing furniture and artwork, and accessories. She was able to work within my budget, and utilizing furniture and accessories that I already had, to create a look that is beautiful. I love the colors that we selected, and feel very happy to come home to space that makes me feel good.
Lauren is very professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about her work. I would definitely recommend her for your design needs. And with her background in construction, she can take on your remodel projects as well. I will definitely use her for all of my future needs.
