History

Established in 1998.

R&R Specialists was started in 1998 to perform work in restoring and renovating older homes and barns. The owner has worked as a sub-​contractor on numerous high end projects on the South Shore and as the sole contractor for many local homeowners.

The company is fully insured and the owner is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a construction supervisor and a registered home improvement contractor.

Located in Halifax, central in Plymouth County and available to homeowners in a 30 plus mile radius.

Business Owner

After retiring from 33 years in law enforcement I started the business to do something that I did all my life in maintaining my homes. I needed to continue to have an income and chose a field that I knew a lot about.

I enjoy working on older homes and buildings and the history and restoration portion has always kept my interest.

I have membership in historical groups such as Historical New England (formerly SPNEA), Colonial Williamsburg and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. I have also been a member of the Halifax Historic Distrcit Commission for 8 years.
