I went into this store to get a cheap candle lighter for July 4th. I picked up a lighter with the long nozzle which was not marked as any price and started walking around the store to see if there was anything else I may want to pick up for a dollar. Walking around I noticed some things had prices; like Coppertone spray was listed at $ 8; I thought, something must be wrong here. So I went to the register to pay for the lighter and it was $ 3.50. I said«no thanks, I don’t need it» and I left. So what in the world is a store called Dollar General doing charging higher prices then mall and retail stores? I can assure you I will never shop there. There is a Publix, a Winn-Dixie and a ton of other stores practically within walking distance of this OVERLY priced store. Maybe the joke was on me that this is NOT a DOLLAR store.
