Jeff’s service was outstanding! We needed a last minute shuttle for 13 guys to and from the Florida Panther’s Game (Sunrise Centre). Contacted Jeff via Unilocal and had arrangements booked and quoted within minutes.
Jeff was on time, spotless van, professional and a class act! I have no problem highly recommending his company.

Recently used Jeff for our trip and my parents trip from Ft. Lauderdale to Port of Miami round trip. Trip from Ft. Lauderdale was flawless. Trip back from the port not so good. My parents sat in the van from 7:30 until 9:00 until other fares called him. I understand this is a shared ride but that is completely outside the realm of reasonable. We were then picked up at 10 on time. We drove around in circles for an hour waiting on other fares until I spoke up. I’m sure we would have been taken advantage of just like my parents if nothing was said since he was irritated that he had to leave!!! It’s too bad 5 star on the first leg of the trip for both parties to 0 stars on the way back. 15 — 20 minutes would be reasonable to sit or circle around Jeff. Not an hour to an hour and a half.

I would give a zero star rating if possible. Called him on Sunday and my husband spoke to him. He said he could pick us up the following Tuesday morning but to fill out the form online as he was driving at the time. Ok, so we did that and got a confirmation followup stating «thank you for making a reservation with us». Figured all is good. Waiting to go to the airport for our 8 AM pickup and no Jiffy Jeff. Called him twice and when he returned the phone call (which was in a reasonable amount of time) he sounded as if we woke him. He said he had no email records of the booking. He asked if we got a confirmation, which we replied yes and read it to him. He said we should have gotten a second confirmation (are you kidding me?). How many confirmations do you need?. He then proceeded to say we should have called him the day before (that would be Monday), when we spoke to him Sunday afternoon. No «I am sorry’s», no «I will send someone right away». Nothing. Someone from the condo complex saw our dilemna and drove us to the airport thankfully. Jiffy Jeff… if you are going to offer a service I would make sure your online site is working appropriately or you just rely on good old phone confirmations, if you are not up on technology. Thankfully we avoided a disaster and made our flight. Sorry, but not a reliable service.

Service from the airport was great … My party of three including myself had the entire sprinter to ourselves … The return trip is where the bull started … We had reservations with jiffy Jeff, had touched base at the arranged time and met at the designated location … ON TIME… After 20 minutes or so of waiting for another party we were passed along to another company so that jiffy Jeff could accommodate the other party that was late and would be another 30 minutes and had failed to establish communication with him … Travel with and use this company at your own Risk and inconvenience … I definitely won’t recommend nor will I use the service in the future

I called Jeff to pick us up from the terminal airport and take us to the cruise dock. Since our flight was delayed, and we were running late in coming outside, he waited outside for us and was very courteous in picking us up. I would highly recommend him and would happily call him again.

I called Jiffy Jeff the evening before I needed his transportation service. It was last minute and he was able and willing to accommodate my group of 12 ladies.
We needed to be picked up from South Beach Miami at 5:45am then taken to Ft. Lauderdale to catch our cruise. He then offered to pick us up upon returning and we definitely said yes.
I was so impressed by his availability and professionalism. His ride is very nice and clean. Jiffy Jeff is very friendly and informative, I look forward to recommending his service to anyone visiting the Miami area.

Used Jiffy Jeff for FLL to POM shuttle last week — great service! We’d requested a snack and drinks stop prior to heading to the ship and the team was able to accommodate, and seemed glad to help. Justin was our driver to the ship and provided great info on the area and very friendly. We were told to have the phone on at 7am the day we returned, and Jeff called about 710am to provide instructions to meet the driver for the trip back. All went exactly as was supposed to, and seem less trip back to FLL. Will definitely use Jiffy Jeff for future shuttles! Great price for $ 15 per person each way

Jeff was late, rushed, rude and after we were picked up for a transfer from FLL to Miami cruiseport, we had to pick up another group 20 minutes away and then back to the airport for yet another family. What should have been a 40 minute transfer turned into 2+ hours with a baby. Totally unacceptable because this was not what we were «sold» in our conversations with him and we were later then we needed to be for our cruise losing our early spot for getting on the ship and having to wait with thousands of others in long lines. He was also unsafe, driving erratically, answering the phone and shuffling through paperwork. His demeanor with the unhappy customers was abrasive and rude. I don’t think the word «sorry» is in his vocabulary. I recommend eagles shuttle service, they were less money, honest and on-​time…

The best, only $ 15 per person and they have nice Mercedes vans are are super on time and professional.
P.S Super friendly local’s from South Florida are the drivers and owners.

Made my reservations online, got a confirmation and hoped for the best. And that’s exactly what I got. As the plane landed and I turned on my phone, it immediately rang. It was Jeff confirming that I’d landed and letting me know he was there and to call after I got my bag. I called, he told me where to meet him, few minutes later, he pulled up in a shiny Benz van. He even had a spare booster seat for customers to use. Thoughtful.
There wasn’t much to see from Fort Lauderdale to Miami, but he pointed out the highlights. All in all, he was prepared, friendly, on time, and better than a cab. This is who I’ll be using for my transportation needs in the FLL area.

This is a review for service from South Beach, Miami to Fort Lauderdale airport.
I made the reservation online a few days before, and received an email response within 24 hours. Our reservation was for pick up at 6:15 am as our flight was departing at 9:30 am out of FLL. Because it was such an early pick up time, we had to pay the 4 person minimum of $ 72 dollars for a 3 person pick-​up. I received a confirmation call one day prior, confirming the hotel, time, and number of people.
The morning of the pick up, Jeff contacted me 30 minutes prior to the pick up time. Unfortunately I missed his call and called him back 10 minutes later. Jeff informed me that he was running 10 – 15 minutes late, but arrived within 5 minutes of the set pick up time.
Jeff was very courteous, friendly, and easy to talk to. He was a very safe driver and did not have to take any calls or look at his clip board once. Jeff even made it a point to tell us about points of interests along the drive, which made it more entertaining.
Our experience with Jeff was a very pleasant one. I will definitely use his services whenever I am in the FLL/​Miami area. I would highly recommend his services to friends!

I found Jiffy Jeff on cruise review pages. The reviews were excellent so I thought, okay, I will give them a try. I needed transportation from Ft. Lauderdale Airport to Miami Cruise port. I made the reservation on an obvious home made web site several months in advance of my trip. I also sent several e-​mails to ensure my needs were clear. I received quick responses to each e-​mail. On the day of transit They called to ensure I was where I said I would be, and then picked us up within 15 minutes in a new clean Mercedes Van. Did I mention they only charged 15 dollars per person? Dang good rates!!! On the way to the terminal the driver (Jeff’s prtner and buddy) suggested we stop at a store and get water etc for our cruise. Wow, we did that and was that good advice. Took a case of bottled water on the Disney Wonder and saved ourselves a few dollars. Disney will let you bring on all the beverage of any type you want. (yep, alcohol too). Thank you Jiffy Jeff.

The service was great and the price was great. I will definitely use Jiffy Jeff on my next cruise to and from the Fort Lauderdale Area to Port of Miami.
I always try and stay at the Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood and Jeff was able to pick us up on time at the hotel and drive us to the port. That was enough for me, I sent an email, quickly got a reply, confirmed I would be there. We actually flew in the night before, so I took a cab from FLL airport to the Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood. I think the cab fare was pushing $ 30 for a much shorter trip then the next day.
I then got a call the next morning telling me that they would be at the hotel in about 30 minutes (I scheduled for 11.00 am, the call was at 10:25am) and at 10:55 AM this big, new, clean, air conditioned black Mercedes van pulled up. We were the last stop, so the van was full, but the driver loaded our bags and headed south to the port.
We got a bit of a tour commentary pointing out things as we drove south. For my first time in Florida, that was appreciated. Delivered about 30 feet from where we needed to check our bags at Carnival. I definitely appreciated the service and the fact it worked as promised, or better.
We were given instructions on when to call on return (after clearing customs). I called when I got thru customs (took about 2 minutes to clear immigration/​customs) and was told to go meet out at the island with the palm trees. Walked across the taxi area to the island and in about 2 minutes the van showed up pulling a trailer for our luggage.
We loaded our luggage in the trailer and climbed in the van. We were the last pick-​up, so the van headed North.
I was worried about making a filght at FLL at 12.30p with the disembarkation, the shuttle, etc… Well, all that worked way easier than I imagined, and we were standing in the FLL airport at 8:15am, more than 4 hours early. I could have even caught earlier flights.
When in SoFla and needing transportation, I will use Jiffy Jeff again.

Used Jiffy Jeff for shuttle from Port of Miami to Fort Lauderdale Airport. Had a great experience and would highly recommend them. Our flight was later so we were not in a hurry, but they made every effort to get everyone to their flight on-​time. It was $ 15 per person, which is more than half price of what Carnival charges for the same shuttle. Ride took about 30 minutes, and shuttle was a Mercedes so interior was very comfortable. Would highly recommend

Extremely helpful and reliable. Price is fair and reasonable. Patiently waited for the cruise ship and customs to do their thing. Van is super clean. Had no problem going to Port of Palm Beach and bringing my son to Miami. I highly recommend Jeff and he is a small business. I like to support small businesses.

Pleasant company to deal with and will get you to the airport on time. I like the Mercedes van he drives, it is very clean and smoke free. Takes credit cards which is a plus. Recommended.
