Michelle Butts is the way to go with insurance. She is an agent that works in the Hallandale office. I was so happy that she was working with me to get this never ending problem solved, concerning lender’s insurance requirement. Multiple documents and policies are needed by my lender, however Ocwen, quite possibly the worst place to have your loan, was requiring multiple flood policies on a condo. Michelle was persistent with her explanations and thorough with her conversation with the customer service rep for Ocwen, and was finally able to explain and provide proper documentation to these people, a feat I was not able to accomplish in 4 months! She has made multiple follow ups and documentation and I was super impressed with her thoroughness, efficiency, and know-​how. There is a lot of professional incompetenc floating around South Florida, and luckily I have found Michelle to help me navigate the insurance section! Quite possibly the best Agent I have found in South Florida in the past 11 years.
