Premier Day Spa

I just got my lashes done, and I’m so disappointed. There’s hardly any difference in my look, super thin and uneven. Looks like I got my lashes done a few weeks ago and they fell out.

I bought swedish massage for my mom who is 70 years old and have various problems. Her Masseuse was Patrick and she was extremely happy with how he broke down all painful nodes she had. My mom had massages all over the world and she absolutely loved it. Receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Will go again!

Really enjoyed my first experience. Eyelashes, waxing and scheduling a facial next. Loved the eyelash lady, everyone went out of their way to be so professional and friendly. Would recommend

Let me start off by say that the Owner is EXTREMELY RUDE!
Today I am scheduled for my refill at 5 pm but because of work I will be late so I called to move my appointment to 5:30 pm. The owner said that there is someone being serviced at 6 pm and they close at 7 pm. I completely understand so I said can you please move it to Monday or your next accommodation. The Owner was EXTREMELY rude and said she would have to charge me extra again for rescheduling. I explained how because of work I will be late so why would you charge me extra if I come in Monday? She then yelled on the phone at me and said, «you people are always calling and changing the times around. This is a business and she demanded that she would have to charge me. You know what, I’m going to delete you!» And she slammed the phone on me. I tried calling back but she will not pick up. Again, I will never come back to this company again, not even if they paid me to. What a disgusting Owner with no class or professionalism.

I love, love, love this place. I get a Mani and Pedi every 2 weeks. Pet, nail tech is the best… and I have super ticklish feet! The place is super clean and very staff is very friendly. Recommend very highly.

So I absolutely have never written a review on Unilocal but because of the stellar service I received at Premier Day Spa, I don’t have a choice but to share the news about this wonderful place!
I came across Premier Day Spa on Groupon for a mani-​pedi deal and decided to try their waxing service while I was here — sort of capriciously. I am SO glad I did! Their esthetician Katalin was perfect! There are many spas and salons that advertise a painless waxing experience — and often, they fall short of that promise. Katalin at Premier Day Spa delivered on that — and then some! She is so knowledgable on the effects of all types of hair removable procedures on all skin types. She takes care to do a super thorough job. She is just great — through and through! I think for anyone looking to wax for the first time, Katalin would be an incredible esthetician to visit. I’ve been to a few waxing salons and never have I had such a pain free and pleasant experience. I know will make appointments to try the other services here (of which they have facials and massages — I’m sure these will too be incredible). I can’t wax poetic enough about this place — and when you visit, you’ll totally understand!!!

Bought a Groupon with idea of having mani pedi done at lunch. The place was clean, the ambience was very relaxing, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately I bought a Groupon for a gel mani but they were able to accept it for the service I was requesting. I ended up doing manicure one day and then came back for a pedicure the next day. Although the manicure table was super close to the pedicure chair, my technician was super nice. It was just a small space for both stations.

When I arrived I waited like 30 minutes, they only had one table to nail care, when I was getting my gel removal I was being serviced at the couch, waiting for someone else to finish.
They have offered drinks etc, attentive yes.

Was there at the end of May — I will not be going back. I’ve gotten quite a few massages and can tell pretty easily when someone doesn’t know what they’re doing.
At the beginning of the service, I told her i was getting the hot stone massage, to her surprise. She basically gave me a Swedish and rubbed the stones down my back at one point to make it a «hot stone» massage.
The cover for the face cradle was disgustingly old. It even had a tear in it. I asked the lady to change it and she did after a little chuckle. I’m sure they’ll try to use it on you when you go in for service.

Super friendly and tranquil environment. Had a gel manicure with Maria, very nice and patient, we created my own color for photo shooting. Definitely recommended!

Terrible, terrible service. I was a few minutes late and they cut my massage short because they wanted to go home. Yes, you read right.
What kind of business does this?
Customer service and ambiance as well as décor is ZERO! Their parking situation is the worst, too.

I really should stop buying these groupon deals because I have never had my money’s worth.
I decided to have a spa date with myself. I am sure I am not the only one that goes to these nail places for their massage chairs :). I did get there late for my appointment (sad. but when am I ever on time?) I had to wait 30 minutes or so but there was no other customers but me. While I waited, the lady at the reception area asked if I wanted tea/​coffee/​water. I said no because I brought my own water and I didnt expect to wait that much longer. After my 30 something minutes waiting, same lady told me I can go over to the pedicure area to get started.
I picked up a color, sat in the chair while the lady (I chose to call her Pam for the sake of this review) started getting the water ready. I noticed the only had 2 pedicure chairs and one manicure table, but assumed there was more in another room. haha! After 3 minutes of fidgeting with the massage remote, I asked Pam how to turn on the massage. She gave me a blank stare and said it doesn’t work! I looked at the other chair and asked if we can move over there. She gave me a longer stare (the what dont you understand stare. lol) and told me it doesn’t work neither. Then muttered under her breath «Nothing works around here» At this point, I was thinking should I stay, should I go. I wondered if she know what she was doing? I asked the reception lady for that team that she offered me earlier, cause my nerves needed to be calm lol
Fast track! Pedicure was ok I wasn’t too pleased not getting the massage that I thought was part of the deal. Massage chair comes with a pedicure.
Pam informed me, I have to go back to the waiting area because there was someone else in the manicure seat. I asked about other station. I got the same blank stare but this time she chuckles and said «we only have that one»
2.5 hours later. Mani/​Pedi done. Pam was really friendly and professional. The establishment had a really nice ambiance but the amenities were not up to part. I have never spent that long getting a MANI/​PEDI
Only 2 pedicure equipments? Here goes my blank stare!
