Richard’s Motel Extended Stay

Great customer service and a nice location. I was upgraded, while using a coupon for a one night stay, to one of the extended stay rooms. Thanks again!

My family and I have been staying here for a lil over a month. We have a nice sized room, full kitchen as well as closet space. Lucia at the front desk is a sweetheart, as well as Joyce. If a safe peaceful stay is what you’re looking then you can do so here. Family oriented.

Go to Richards as a last resort option. Please do your home work, you are not getting such a great deal, you can stay in a hotel for same amount. I stayed here for about 3 weeks. A king bed that was hard like a rock and a sofa bed that my poor son slept in with painful metal rods to sleep on. The room smells, termites outside night light and window self. The bathroom room were not standard size, toilet was the width as the plate we eat on. When you register you have to agree that you must turn off a/​c and lights when you leave. NO VISTITORS! Oh, and please pay your rent by 11am or else staff will reprimand you.
My husband had his cell phone stolen from hotel and I needed to make a police report for insurance purpose. When I notified the hotel they were upset that I called police for negative ratings purpose and asked them to please check there cameras and told they were to busy to do so. Major attitude no customer service skills, and likes to give orders/​not listen… you do not feel welcome at all. Televisions are dated and comforters a stained, towels are hard. You must leave on Thursday for them to «clean» by 9am. If not they will open door/​knock/​and when every 20 minutes. Beware of the cracked floor tiles in the room. All they do is throw out garbage, make bed.
Oh and coffee maker and toaster are a piece of sh_​_​t! The office smells like nasty cat litter too! WI-​FI hardly works. CASH ONLY!

Tropical areas. No pool but peace and enjoyment with family ambiance. Very close to a lot of restaurants (close to Hallandale beach boulevard).
Centrally located to some of South Florida’s famous casinos, beaches, airports and seaports, restaurants, entertainment, and fabulous shopping.
One and two bedroom apartments, studios/​efficiencies, small, regular and extra large hotel rooms with accommodations for single to family occupancy.
Very clean rooms, friendly atmosphere, heated pool, washers and dryers, vending machines, free Wi Fi internet.
In addition, there are BBQ facilities available. Cable TV, Two French TV Channels, and free long distance to continental U.S. and Canada.
Lush landscape will complete the ambiance, with banana trees, tropical fruit trees, flowering gardenia bushes and tall swaying palms.
