I have used groupon several times and have never had a bad experience until now. I never got to see the salon because I could never get an appointment. The first time I tried they said they only did groupon on Tuesdays which was never mentioned when I purchased it. Every other time I tried to make an appointment (on Tuesday) they were booked or they would call and cancel my appointment because someone called in sick and I would have to reschedule. This last and final attempt I called and they told me they have new owners and a new groupon account I would have to call groupon and cancel the one I had and get a new one. After two months of frustration I give up. It doesn’t matter how nice a place is if you never make it through the front door.

The girls are nice but I don’t think they have enough experience… You can just tell. They didn’t even file my nails right. Also, it took too long: almost 1 hour and 40 mins for a mani/​pedi.

I purchased a Groupon for a mani/​pedi. The mani/​pedi took over 2hrs to complete. Sounds great, right, not so much.. As she was trimming my cuticles she cut my finger and it started to bleed. and she said that I had had sensitive skin. As she was filing my nails for the pedicure, she began to file the skin on my toe not the nail., I pulled my foot back and my toe started to bleed. The manicurist then said she couldn’t take care of my ingrown toe nail as my toe was now red and bleeding. My reply was it wasn’t like that when I came into the Salon. One would think for a 2 hour mani/​pedi it would be awesome. Instead I left with a bleeding finger, toe and ingrown toe nail. I gave a great tip and will never go back..

Just lost some business in under 1 minute. Today I came with 2 friends. We had to knock because the door was locked. We then weren’t invited in immediately and outside the door we were asked how we could be helped. The woman who opened the locked door during business hours said she had to check concerning if we could get the services we needed, which were a mani and pedi. To the fact that this woman did not deal with us accordingly we left because if she could do that then what speaks for the actions of the individuals who would be doing our nails? How is it that the owners of this place do not train their employees accordingly. I’ll be sure to inform others of this treatment. Totally unacceptable!

I love this place! Gorgeous salon, clean and relaxing. Ledys does a great manicure-​pedicure and takes care to ask what you prefer. Prices are excellent, service is four star. I can’t wait to come back for a facial.
