Tassel Toppers

Love this service! Used my $ 12 ($ 22 value) groupon and created my own grad cap design. I’m not creative so it was simple, but you more artsy types will have a blast. I ordered me top in late Monday night and it was on my doorstep by Wednesday. The top is made of solid and flexible plastic and the printing quality was Great.

I was excited about being able to design my own topper. I took about an hour and a half picking fonts and selecting backgrounds, which words, etc. When I was done, I was happy with my product and so I signed in (appeared to be only way to order) and then proceeded to order my designed product. What happened next was pure robbery. I completed the form, which included payment. Once the payment went through, there was nothing there. When I checked my email I received a notice stating that Tasseltoppers had been paid and that the «transaction was complete», from my credit people. Nothing from Tasseltoppers. They took the money and when I checked my account with them, there is no evidence of an order ever having been made. I have written tasseltopper, and my creditors. Nothing… Paid $ 37.95 because I wanted to do the over night thing $ 20.00 which cost more than the topper itself. Just received an acknowledgement from my creditor that email has been sent from their side to Tasseltoppers. Wow…

Before I ordered my tassel topper I talked to their designer Dan and he sent me a sample of what I wanted. It was perfect right of the bat. I also got my tassel topper right away. Excellent customer service and the tassel topper was of good quality. It was perfect for my graduation. I stood out. I will definitely be ordering from them again. It’s also a perfect gift for a graduate and the price is great!
