Purchased a 24″ Streamline wall unit in May 2014. The product arrived and the fan /​blower appeared to be dirty. It is marked with a manufactured in 2007 date and is branded Falmec. Futuro states that all of the blowers, of this size, were made in 2007. As for the dirty condition, Futuro dismissed the complaint with a statement that they do not sell demo, used equipment. The unit looks used to me… Photos supporting this claim were sent to Futuro and no response was received.
They are selling premium priced, very nice looking equipment. There is a disconnect with the level of service coming out of NY — One can get the same treatment from the big boxes…

We got a great vent from this company. Yes, it was not cheap, but it’s a stunning vent and works well, plus it’s quiet. Some handy software in the vent for slowing down the fan after 15 minutes and an auto shutoff — perfect for when we go to sleep or leave the home. Friendly service, good guys, quality materials.
