Candice and her husband were very kind and pleasant, going out of their way for me in many cases.
When we moved into our home, we found it came equipped with one of those «old timey» (I like the term «classical» better!) grills that stuck up and out from the ground. Being the BBQ connoisseur that I am, I knew we would be happy in new home! The grill is an old Falcon one, but it has seen better days. My husband and I have talked for years of replacing it when we finally had the money.
That day came, and after much searching, we came across Fort Worth Butane/​The Grill Shoppe. I was convinced that replacing the grill with its long lost cousin the MHP was the way to go. I am convinced that this grill will outlive me. Candice and her husband were kind and pleasant with me, talking with me over my many options. After referring me to an installer (they do not install the grills), I decided to find my own company to do the installation. Candice’s husband even researched that company for me to make sure they would do a great job AND offered to be on hand the day of in case the company had any questions about installation. I am very pleased with my purchase, and I am excited to start cookin’!

I found this business while looking for Big Green Egg distributors.
It’s a throwback to the good ol’ days when Customer Service meant somthing.
The owner new his product, was very proud of it and had all the accessories you would ever want to go with your Big Green Egg, plus many more BBQ gadgets.
Prices were very very reasonable and our experience was pleasant.
I will continue to do business with this establishment and referring all my friends.
