Lisa Fried Chicken

Lisa’s Chicken is absolutely exceptional quality chicken for an exceptional price! All of the food is made fresh to order, the service is fast and friendly, the establishment is always clean inside and out, and the employees look presentable and trustworthy (I take that into consideration with people who are preparing my food)! Sometimes the chicken is piled up on the rack but let me assure you that it is always fresh! They have to make so much at a time because it sells so fast with how busy they are. Keep in mind they can have about twenty customers in 30 minutes all buying 24 pieces of chicken. It is constantly being replenished with fresh chicken hourly. If you want fresh fresh chicken you can get it as well but it takes about 20 minutes to prepare because it has to be fried and cook throughly. I am a frequent customer of this Lisa’s Chicken and I have no complaints what so ever!

I heard about Lisa’s, but never thought about going there until I had another errand to run, so I decided to stop by. If you like country-​style fried chicken, you will LOVE the tenderness, juicyness, and taste of Lisa’s chicken!

Outstanding chicken and catfish for the price. They serve large portions here. The sides are plentiful as well. The ten piece of chicken are very large pieces and the fried catfish comes int it’s own box. Definitely a great deal

The chicken here is perfectly crispy and tastes fantastic. Sides are generous. Wonderful, courteous service.

If you love chicken and you want lots of it at a cheap price without making your wallet choke, this is the place, affordable with big portions!

Your not going to find better chicken for the price. Been here several times it’s always good fresh and fast.

Seriously affordable! I’ve been to other chicken places like kfc, chicken e, and others. This is so so good food and so affordable

to feed an adult family of 4 including 15 piece with 2 sides, 3 large corn on the cobb, 6 extra rolls and 20 piece nuggets it came out to like 29 something.
The other places would of been at least 40 for that.
The have corn dogs, egg rolls, hot wings, fries plus more. Plus you can call and order and go pick it up.

Go to Lisa’s chicken in Haltom City all the time. Great employees and you, Can’t beat the food for the price! All my chicken business is done at Lisa’ s now! Thank you for great food at a great price!

Went to Lisa’s Chicken in Hurst and had a fish lunch for 4.99 with 2 sides. This is a fried food paradise for those on a budget.

My only question is – how does this place make money?! The food was outrageously cheap. To feed 5 people, it came out to about $ 3 per person… Insane!
So it’s a bit dirty — has a «gas station» feel to it. I believe it is Vietnamese run. And there are a few other locations too.
The selection is HUGE. Fried chicken, of course, fried fish, corn nuggets, fried okra, corn on the cob, potatoes, etc. The downside is the food is majorly lacking seasoning.
For the chicken — it’s kind of unappetizing to see them «pre-​fry» their chicken and put in on a huge rack and just pile it up. (You can see a small portion of the rack in my picture I posted.) and it’s EXTREMELY greasy.
I guess I gave it 3 stars because I don’t mind eating fatty, guilt-​inducing bone-​cheap food every once in a while. If I ever go homeless, I’d definitely camp out here…
