So, in forgetting Mother’s Day was 3 days away (dumb), and all floral websites were lagged/​overloaded, I looked up on Unilocal the closest local florists near my grandmother.
I live in Vegas, from the DFW area. I say that because the lady who took my order over the phone was as sweet as divinity. She described how each floral arrangement would look, what flowers they did and did not have and what flowers in the arrangement on the website’s picture since I couldn’t go in person to see it myself. Honestly, they’re actually cheaper, with the delivery fee, than ordering flowers from an online source.
I just had the most pleasant experience and will be using this local floral shop here on out!

Way back in the late 80’s or very early 90’s…I was helping with an Easter production at Riverside Baptist Church. I needed to borrow some large potted plants for scenery. Paul was the only florist I called who was willing to help out. He trusted us with several large palms that really made our scenery look great. Never forgot that.
