Today we moved from our home of 45 years. Obviously we were anxious on many levels. This was the day we were at the mercy of perfect strangers to remove, transport and move in all our «stuff.» Within minutes of meeting Zach Martin, Zach Maslanka, and JD Orr, our anxiety about the process was gone! What a crew! We were impressed from start to finish! They were not afraid of hard work, met every challenge, treated our possessions like they were their own, kept moving… AND kept smiling and remained upbeat… from start to finish! By the time the job was done, we felt like our own family had moved us!
In today’s work force, it is hard to find good, hard workers who take pride in their work and committed to their employer BUT Kleffel’s lucked out with these three guys!

Kleffel’s Moving & Storage are nice people to work with (husband and wife team). They quoted me a price for a 30 mile move of $ 1800.00, they said that it would be no more than that. A week or two before the move they told me I would have three guys to load and five guys to unload, and so it would take less time. Not true. Even though there were FIVE guys on the delivery end it went very slow. I even saw two guys just standing in a bedroom watching one guy put the mirror on a dresser. They had two trucks and instead of unloading one truck upstairs and the other one in the basement like we had discussed. They all unloaded the first truck upstairs tripping over each other (small house). Then unloaded the second truck again no room for five guys to move so some did nothing but stand around. I just want to say efficient use of manpower and time is not their strong suit. After the move was finished I was presented with a bill that was higher than the $ 1800, when I questioned it the owner said it took more time than they thought and that was the bill. I agree it took more time, but that was because of the manor of the delivery. I would not use them again for another move.

Excellent, timely, professional service. They do what they say and they work hard to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again!
