C & G Empire Estates LLC., owns and operates QUrentals​.com and provides quality housing for University students. Our houses provide a comfortable living place for students who are looking to live off campus while attending the University. Our houses are maintained at a level which is superior to other rental companies in the area.

History

Established in 2005.

Both owners graduates of Quinnipiac University. We both did our undergraduate and MBA’s at QU and very lucky to have prolonged our relationship with the University. After finalizing our undergraduate degree, we launched our business a year after college. We started with one house and today we own several properties, Property Management Company, and continue to provide Quality Rental Housing to Students in the nearby areas.
