Real Property Management of Southern CT

I wouldn’t touch this company with a 10 foot pole — again. I recently signed up for services and entered into a relationship with who turned out to be the Sales Manager, once sold not to be heard of again. He was very glib and convincing, and I felt like I was in good hands. The person who went out to my property was a completely inept person who every time I spoke with told me he didn’t have the resources (a truck) to take care of garbage left in the driveway by a previous tenant. I asked him to call me every time he did a walk through (once a week) and that never happened. I ended up having to work harder on this property with a property manager than I did when I did it myself. I would definitely NOT use this company. Don’t be fooled by the extremely nice and convincing sales pitch. The reality of the service is grim.
