Our menu originates from recipes handed down from the Italian owner’s grandmother and are prepared fresh each day in our store.

Distinct from what you’ll find in most pizzerias, our original tomato pies are based off of a traditional Italian-​American recipe from the 19th century. We have perfected our pie with a crispy hand-​crafted crust, topped with the perfect amount of our famous tomato pie sauce («gravy,» as it’s known in South Philly). Business Owner

Anthony has owned pizza restaurants throughout the region since the late 1990s after five years in financial planning. For the last seven years, he’s been at the helm of the seven-​restaurant chain Tony Roni’s located throughout Greater Philadelphia.

In March 2013, Anthony purchased a Wit or Witout location in Philadelphia and has since expanded the concept with this Wit or Witout? Famous Philly Eats location in Hamilton, NJ that features a larger menu featuring more of Philly’s iconic foods.
