Established in 1986.

Law Firm/​Title Company — incorporated as Midland Title Security, Inc., of Southwestern Ohio in 1986. Previously owned by Frank J. Froelke. Business sold to Brenda S. Cheek and Susan M. Biddle-​Jewell in 2007. Name Changed to All Points Title & Closing, Inc., in 2008 to accomodate an additional title insurance underwriter. Underwriters are First American Title Insurance and Old Republic National Title Insurance. All Points is a member of Ohio Land Title Association, American Land Title Association, Southwest Ohio Land Title Association, the Better Business Bureau, and the Hamilton City Chamber of Commerce. All Points has Affiliate Memberships with the Hamilton-​Fairfield-​Oxford Board of Realtors and the Middletown Board of Realtors. Brenda S. Cheek and Susan M. Biddle-​Jewell are Licensed Title Insurance Agents in the State of Ohio.

I started with the company in 1980. Previously having worked for a Savings and Loan and a Finance Company. Training involved learning all job stations within the company. Promotion to Office Manager occurred in 1982. I hired Susan M. Biddle-​Jewell in 1983 as a co-​op student. We were offered the opportunity to take over the company in 2007 by Frank J. Froelke, the previous Owner. Susan and I co-​own and manage the office that is now known as All Points Title & Closing, Inc.
