We have millions of jobs on our site updated many times throughout the day. You can search/​save and apply for these jobs directly from our site. All your job applications are tracked and presented nicely in your own personal dashboard. Our matching and alert system will match your resume to all open job postings.

We have an excellent resume management system that lets you manage your resumes and cover letters. You can create a resume from scratch, upload a document or copy from an existing resume seamlessly. You can create any number of versions of your resume, thus customizing for each job — we will track which resume you used on each job.

We are a small group of entrepreneurs looking to revolutionize the job placement industry which is inefficient and has not changed radically in decades.

Current state of job placement industry is inefficient and has not changed radically in decades. From a job seeker perspective, the entire process of finding a job, applying and keeping track of their career is cumbersome. A lot of times, you search for a job on one site and apply for it on an entirely different site; thus losing track of the entire process. As majority of job sites are focused towards making money by posting a job, they failed to provide tools for job seeker to manage their career.

Another important issue we identified is lack of confidentiality. When you post a resume on a job portal, majority of times, anybody can see it.
