Lousy Service, Did I say Just plain LOUSY SERVICE! I have been ordering bee supply’s for years from these Jerks. They don’t respond to questions or problems. They take there sweet time packaging the stuff. And if something is back-​ordered, forget it.
The small order I just placed last week took 7 days to process, to ship. Just call cust service today, The Answer was «they are in a different area we don’t know».
This will be my last order with them, Bushy mountain or Better bee runs circles around these Jamokes.
Don’t buy the bee patty food…

I really don’t know what the folks at Dadant & Sons are doing. I sent an e-​mail to request information about some brood boxes and honey supers. At first I received a reply (48 hours later) but the second time I wrote my e-​mail was either never read or ignored. I really don’t know what to say about Dadant & Sons aside from saying that they are a little disconnected.
