Food is o.k. but can’t believe for a restaurant that bases all of their advertising on «freaky fast» delivery that they won’t deliver to a residence 2.2 miles away. Apparently unless you are a business in the same shopping center, you can forget delivery.
Went in to get food and complained about lack of delivery. No apology, just the explanation that «we can’t go that far, because we want to be“freaky Fast»”. Manager had little to no personality. Obvious she doesn’t want to be bothered with customers concerns.

Horrible horrible customer service. I tried to order delivery 3.5 miles away and the gentleman on the phone told me it was up to his discretion to deliver or not and that ‘unfortunately’ I was out of his delivery range. Being that they are the closest Jimmy Johns according to Unilocal and a maximum 10 minute drive I find that extremely disappointing! So much for super fast delivery, and too bad because I LOVE Jimmy Johns =(

Jimmy johns is the best! Always freaky fast and always delicious. Plus there is this worker Kyle there that always gives such great service and makes my day better.
I recommend the Gargantuan… If you’re a real man.

Have not eaten there yet, but a delivery guy came by our office yesterday with samples. They were very good subs.

Well, at lest they are consistent. I have no idea why anyone would pay full price for bad food and worse service. Some of it is the fault of the brand and their lack luster food. The rest is on the management and staff at this location. To be fair I would rate all jimmy johns low but this one… It’s special.

Jimmy John’s has got to be one of the best places I’ve ever encountered to get a deli sub at. Unlike what you hear on other restaurant’s commercials, the French loaves used in the subs at Jimmy John’s actually ARE fresh and tasty. The ingredients are some of the freshest I’ve ever seen, and I have never had soggy lettuce or stale tomato. The service is fast, the restaurant is clean, and the price is right.
Although it may not be obvious, they will customize your sub. My favorite is the Country Club, double meat, add bacon, with cheese. Don’t be afraid to ask for something special.
