History

Established in 2015.

We built Lights Out Academy on the idea of providing the absolute best Strength & Conditioning Training for Athletes and General Clientele and the best Sports Specific Instruction that could be offered. The Team we have established is the absolute best in their fields and are always looking for ways to expand their knowledge and constantly get better which lets us ensure that you are getting the most up to date training methods and principals! We don’t just train to train, we train LIGHTS OUT!

Business Owner

My background is very extensive but that doesn’t mean that I am not continuously trying to learn and grow as a coach and instructor. I am always looking to give my athletes the best resources so that they can succeed and extend their careers to the highest level possible. We are focused on one thing, and that is the outcome, nothing else matters!

I have personally played at all levels, I was a 2 year Varsity Letter winner in Baseball and Football and wrestled for 11 years. 4 year Varsity College Baseball Player at both Division 2 and 3 levels. (Chestnut Hill College and Keystone College). I have won a regional title and helped my team earn their first and only to this day World Series appearance. Following my senior year I was lucky enough to be drafted in the 36^th round to the Arizona Diamondbacks where I played 2 years of Professional Baseball. Notable accolades: All Conference, Rawlings Gold Glove Nominee and Tino Martinez Nominee
