I was there at 12:30PM on a Tuesday, people were inside, but the doors were locked. Not sure what the deal is?

This is a very interesting place. Although there is no parking immediately in front of the café, there are ample metered parking along the street beside it. In addition, public parking(paid) is available across that side street as well. The menus are composed of two: One American, the other African. The American menu is filled with your typical soup and sandwiches. The African menu does not have prices, but you’ll be charged a fair price for each order. The cuisine is primarily West African, Nigerian to be specific. The proteins are primarily either goat or chicken. They are spicy, sour, and salty, the typical flavors of African cuisine. There’s rice-based starches as well as fried plantains. All in all, this was a good find. We entered on a whim, and walked out with a bunch of food at very reasonable prices.
