I stopped in about 2 hours ago. I like it over all. It’s the way Flea markets should be. Mom and Pop type places selling there wares. The big 2 in Monroe, have a more stores but way more redundancy. Theres only so many 15 year old boys who buy fantasy swords. Traders world and Treasure Asiles, have that market dominated. Knock offs as well, even thou there’s been an increase in enforcement. Pleasant Treasures is in it’s newborn state. I talked to the Owners inquiring about a booth that was closed, and they’ve got so many great ideas that are going to come to fruition. It’s a giant yard sale. Not a mini-mall. The prices are adjusted accordingly. Sure theres«junk» but anyone with a Chia Pet will testify, that’s just an opinion. I hope they do a road type system like Ohio Valley antique mall. Maybe using local business as for the name. «Hydes drive» «Grub Pub place» «Ritzi Rd». Hell there close enough to even use Fairfield business. Vendors where typical. Pleasant but not overly enthused. Easy to navigate, super wide rows, which I hope will narrow as space gets filled. It’s in the old SuperPets store. Ample parking. I assume once the weathers nice there will be outdoor vendors. It’s way better then the junk mall coming into Mt. Healthy. They have consignment as well as vendor rented. Pros– Size, ample room to grow. Concept, a legitimate«flea» market” sell whatever whenever as long as it’s cheap. Variety. Crafters, people who have«real» jobs but are trying to make a few bucks off a hobby. Cons– Proximity to Traders World. I think people are going to talk themself out of coming here instead staying at Traders World or Treasure Asile. Right now, theres limited selection. I’m sure that will change once more people are made aware. It is on the worlds longest yardsale route. (Side note: If you are reading this because of the Worlds yardsale. And your looking for lodging. Do not stay anywhere in Hamilton but the Courtyard by Marriot. The rest are drugs, whores and sex offenders. Fairfield has cheaper but slightly further away. Budget Inn is a better maintained dive hotel. Rt 4 near the County line Butler/Hamilton Co. had 3 which are much nicer and only 10 – 15 minutes away from 127. My choice, I’d go with Courtyard.)
