Horrible customer service and hidden charges.
I purchased this deal on Amazon Local. I called ahead first to make sure I was in the radius. After they told me yes, I purchased the coupon.
I was then informed months later via phone that I had to pay an additional 80.00 and an additional 1.50 per mile since I was not in the radius. She then looked at the date I purchased the coupon and told me «my bad… you’re good. It was our fault and a typo.» 2 weeks before my wedding, I call to make sure there will be no more fees. She now tells me that she can’t be sure, but send her the coupon. I told her that she told me before that I made the cut off date. I sent her the coupon and now, she said she will try to work with me on the $ 1.50.
I called Amazon Local and they refunded my money. But Waneta form AWC really needs to get her story straight.
My fiancé just retired as the Police Chief in our city. We know a lot of people in our city and when you have a good experience, you tell everyone… when you have a bad experience… you tell EVERYONE!
