History
Established in 2013.
We opened our doors with the premise that there is an affordable, healthier alternative to fast-food breakfast. We moved to the newly revitalized Downtown Hammond, Indiana area in April 2015.
The Weekend Baker joined us in July 2015 allowing us to make all our products on the premises as well as offer Puerto Rican pastries such as pan de agua and quesitos.
In November 2015 we added deli sandwiches made on our pan de agua.
In early 2016 we will be adding soup.
