History

Established in 2013.

Color Notes Art Gallery opened in May of 2013 at 94 Lafayette Rd., in Hampton Falls, N.H. With extensive renovations to the property, it’s now a welcoming, bright a cheerful exhibit space for the artists.

Business Owner

Color and light greet you as you enter the welcoming space of Color Notes Art Gallery. On display you will find the work of award winning painter Barbara A. Busenbark, owner and operator of the gallery. Also on display is the work of Seattle potter, Barbara Benning. The work of the two artists complement each other with a natural and relaxed presentation making your visit a delightful experience.

While primarily a landscape painter, Ms Busenbark captures the vitality of nature in broad strokes of color and texture. Her travels throughout the United States and elsewhere have precipitated an expanding milieu of paintings. Both serene and engaging, the paintings present the viewer with a joyful interpretaion of the world around us. Her work has been exhibited throughout the northeast and is held in private collections internationally.

Barbara Benning’s work can also be seen in Seattle’s Pike’s Market Place.
