The 40 foot charter boat Smokin’ Gun II is one of fastest and safest charter boats. The Captain and Crew live, breathe and eat fishing; and will go out of the way to make your trip on the water a memorable one. We fish year round on both the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean.

Just got back from our day of fishing with the Smoking Gun II. As always, everyone had a blast. Chandler has consistantly put us on the fish and more important, made it a wonderful time for our group. Brett did an excellent job. And his knife work, wow the fish fillets were beautiful. Professional outfit, highly recommend a day or two with the Smoking Gun II! It could change your life… :)

We went out with Captain Hogg on Smokin Gun II, and it was amazing! He knows where the big fish are, that’s for sure! His first mate Brett and helper Trent worked hard the whole time to make sure we reeled in some nice Cobia, and we sure did! Chandler and his crew makes you feel like family, the boat is comfortable, and there’s never a dull moment with them! My family has gone out with him numerous times, and have never been disappointed with the amount and size of fish we bring home! Brett cleaned our fish and filleted it before we hit the dock, so we went home and had a wonderful dinner that night! We can’t wait for our next trip this fall!

We had a great time fishing with Captain Hogg last summer. After a good haul of spadefish we also landed a cobia. The boat is comfortable and the crew worked hard to show our charter a good time.
