If I could give it NO STARS I would!!! In 2013 I got carpet installed from this place. Big mistake!!! I’ve had bunching up SEVERAL times, and they only had someone come out to fix it one time. They hardly return calls, I had to call just to see if someone can come back and REFIX the crappy job that was done. Now they want to recharge me for the repair of coming out and stretching the carpet out. It’s 2016 and my carpet still looks like CRAP. This is the worst carpet place ever. I tell people to steer clear of it, and take their business else where. I have to pay some other place to come fix Carpet Galleries contractors garbage work. Disgusted with them!!! NO STARS!!!
