At Jojo’s Shave Ice, a scoop of macadamia nut, or vanilla ice cream under your shave ice is what we’ve become known for! Hawaiian shave ice in general, is also known for the snow cap drizzle on top of the shave ice. Which is normally just sweetened condensed milk, we have added a few special ingredients to make Haupia cream (coconut vanilla) and Vanilla cream drizzle to give your shave ice that extra wow factor! Stop by for ice cream and great milkshakes as well. We make sure we have the right treat to cool off a day in the Hawaiian sun!

History

Established in 1992.

With the original store opened in Waimea in 1992, Jojos decided it was finally time to branch out in 2014. So we opened our first sister store in the Ching Young Village in Hanalei. Same recipes, same great shave ice!

Before moving to Kauai, Jacob had built an extensive resume of all things snow. So it’s only natural that he is a quality expert at Jojo’s Shave Ice. With a passion to serve and see guests walk away smiling, his main focus is to ensure that every customer’s visit to our island is better than it already was when they arrived at Jojo’s. Look for him at either location, a tall handsome guy behind the register or at the shave ice machine.
