City of Hanford Automated Refuse Service

Well, folks, I don’t know where else you can go, because this is the only game in town. I moved to Hanford in June 2014. I was having no problems with my trash and green waste pick up until a month ago. For two weeks, the worker left my green waste container full without explanation. On the third week of failing to do his job, he left a standardized checklist with «Overfull» cited as a reason for not picking up the waste, and underlined «Lids must be closed». So, I made sure that everything was tucked neatly inside of the green waste container (see picture included), and the passive aggressive public servant still decided not to pick it up. Today, I’m spending as much time as I have available calling the service number, and my plan is to talk to someone that can force this horrible individual to do his job.
