Alexander Yuille – State Farm Insurance Agent

If I could give a negative rating I would. though my interaction with Alex was very professional and defiantly a 5 star, and informative meeting, when trying to contact him again the phone was answered by someone named Kyle who has to be the most unprofessional «person» I’ve ever encounter while dealing with my car insurance. He told me the quote I was looking at in my email did not exist. That Alex never entered my car information. I asked how that could be if I had a quote in my email. He continued to say my vehicles were never entered in their system… then it dawned on me. I have been insured by State Farm before, at least one of my cars is in their system. He then began to be snarky and condescending. Talking slow and over enunciating,. When I told him I was looking at the quote and could email it to him, he declined and asked me for information that Alex never asked me for. Then somehow he asked me if I had (and he named my car). The very car he said was never entered in the system… he had said that 5 times. e asked for car information I didnt have, and had never been asked to create the last quote. When I mentioned that Alex never asked me that information he yelled «ANY INSURANCE COMPANY YOU CALL IS GOING TO ASK THE SAME THING». When I told him he was being unprofessional he then hung up on me. Never in all my years of being insured have I had a rep yell at a potential new customer and THEN hang up on them. Extremely unprofessional staff, but again. I would give Alex a 5 but his colleagues make this 1 star.

Best insurance agency around. Will make sure that you are treated properly. If you need anything they go above and beyond so your taken care of properly.
