Dartmouth Entrepreneurial Network

DEN is a relatively new addition to Hanover and is pretty much President Hanlon’s vision for Dartmouth in becoming a more entrepreneurial place. I wish the place wasn’t so far away from campus though because it’s a hassle to get there, but once you’re there it is AWESOME.
The first time I went, I was very much struck by how much of a California startup it basically looked like. It has an amazing start up feel to the place, private conference rooms for meetings, large empty spaces to study/​work/​play, etc whatever. Tons of yummy snacks and drinks (thanks DEN for expanding my fancy drink horizons). Honestly, it’s just a great study place since not many people are occupying it yet. DEN also hosts a ton of cool entrepreneurship related panels for the community. It’s very much the only thing of it’s kind in the area, and definitely an awesome new addition to Hanover.
