Nautical Mile Market

This is for the food truck at Humarock. Lured in by the convenience of location and cost of a lobster roll we stopped by. The man running the the register was cordial and answered my questions about the food. The woman who filled the orders, now that’s another story. We ordered two rolls and a side of fries. When our order was ready she handed it off to us and said you are all set. We walked the half a mile to our seats only to find out we had spent $ 22 on a small fries. By the time we walked back to their truck I was really irritated and couldn’t hide it. She carefreely said oh there you are! Like we had forgotten our food. Seeing my face she said well it is my fault and I said yes it was — walking back to our seats to find we are missing our food was not pleasant. I handed the now cold fries back and said these need to be remade. She immediately copped an attitude and said well I was going to give you your money back but I guess I’ll make new fries. So I said thank you — you can do that too. I walked away and left my boyfriend to handle the rest because she was incredibly rude. Once the fries were ready she yelled at my boyfriend swearing about the attitude I had and refused to refund us because we «had reached the top of the food chain».
The lobster roll was $ 10 and you could see why. Some pieces of claw mixed with imitation meat and pieces that were yellow in color. Fine for a mediocre beach lunch and given the price I would have eaten it again but this woman’s crude mouth and unprofessional behavior will have us spending our hard earned cash elsewhere. I suggest you look elsewhere if you are on Humarock and feeling hungry.

One of the few places I must go to every time I come back to MA to visit family. Best lobster roll around.

Just had the Fried Fish dinner for 4 from Nautical Mile with my 3 boys. It was amazing! Generous portions and cooked to perfection. This place is great. Everything is always fresh. Highly recommend them to everyone. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work.

Great place to buy lobsters. I go there occasionally and buy a bunch of lobsters and they cook them for me. They have PREMIUM hard shell lobsters. They have a friendly staff and very accommodating. They also have fresh fish but I have never bought any there
