I love this Neiman’s store, I’m a regular shopper and I usually find really good deals in clearance and on the sale racks. Most of the staff is very nice and accommodating. I’m greeted when I am noticed by the employees. The restrooms and fitting rooms are kept clean.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this store. It’s the best of both worlds high(ish) end products for decent(ish) prices. Don’t get me wrong the items in this store are FAR from cheap, but they are good prices for the items. I have found plenty of deals on sale days that I would have never gotten from department stores. The sales people are usually pretty accommodating, I have had some bad experiences with a couple of women at the Jewelry counter but otherwise the staff is pretty great. Make sure you sign up for the emails because they are always sending me sales and $$ off coupons.

Definitely able to find great stuff here, however much time is required! They have a suburb array of designer clothes, but one must spend time sifting through racks to find anything. Some of the designers they carry are St. John, Akris, Tom Ford, Dolce and Gabbana, Manolo Blahnik, and various others(including many contemporary lines). Prices are moderate, and they seem to have many discounts! I found this store to be better than the Saks off the 5th, which is next door. Also they had an amazing sunglass collection at great prices! They had many Alexander McQueen, Prada, and Valentino shades, which were to die for!

Rude employees, dresses on sale look like zombie rhinoceros had their way with them. Very disappointed in the snotty behavior of a couple store employees. Even more disappointed that once lovely dresses were shredded looking and still up for sale.

This store gave me a headache, racks and racks of clothes jammed together is not my idea of an enjoyable shopping experience… yes I love deals but I’d rather not have to put in this kind of work to find a deal. I was excited to visit the store but I can do without this type of headache…

I wasn’t thrilled about the store but its not a complete disappointment either. I have been to this particular outlet store several times. Just because you are a outlet or previous season store doesn’t mean you have to look the part. Last Call is neat but if the clothes are not one of the showcased brands then they are all bunched together on a rack. I hate shopping like that. I was in the store looking for shorts and even though we are entering the fall season I shouldn’t have to look all over the entire store for shorts. especially if you are paying triple digits for items that are sold in this particular store. Don’t get me wrong you can find great deals on designer merchandise, for example I was able to score a pair of J Brand shorts and Paige denim short for under $ 40.00 each. Honestly I brought 3 pair of designer shorts for under $ 100. Which in my book is a great deal, but I shouldn’t have to rummage Thur a whole bunch of stuff I don’t want only to happen to find what I’m looking for. I’m not that type of shopper, for some this maybe OK but me its not. So if you are looking to come into a store a «just browse» then this is a nice store, but if you are looking for something in particular then you may want to find a different store. One more thing, the staff is friendly and helpful and have no problem informing you of any specials or deal you maybe about to take advantage of while shopping here.

I think this place is great. It is way better than the Neiman Marcus last call in Rockville, MD. This NM Last Call is also a Clearance Center. So you are going to find the best prices here on all designers that you would see in any Neiman Marcus stores. I came here at the right time I think. Everything was so cheap for the designers that they had. Some of the designers are: BCBG, D&G, Michael Kors, Tahari, Laundry by Shelli Segal, Armani, etc. To give you an idea of pricing, I was not looking for anything in particular, but a few pieces did catch my eye. I ended up purchasing one item and that was a Dolce & Gabbana shirt, that was originally $ 415 the Neiman Marcus Price then marked down to $ 145 at Last Call, and with clearance being 65% I got the shirt for 50.00+tax. That is a fantastic price! It was such a good deal that I could not pass up. A BCBG dress was $ 145, with clearance reductions, $ 60.00; Michael Kors blazer, $ 425, roughly around 200 with the reduction. Tahair and Laundry tops $ 40 and under. The store is laid out nicely. Separate section for blazers, outerwear, tops, dresses. Each section had its own super sale section. The shoe section was of decent size and it organized by size. Great variety of styles and color. The accessories section was lacking. Not a great variety of purses, and the ones they had there looked cheap. There were a few Betsy Johnson purses, but beyond that, nothing else. Obviously with clearance, there is not a wide variety of sizes so you do have to hunt around. I just wish there was a more variety of sizes. The sales staff is very friendly and willing to help you. Would definitely come here again. I feel like I could find better deals if I had more time to look around.

SOMANYCLOTHES and too expensive for me, still. found a few things i wanted, tried them on. dressing rooms are huge, so that’s a plus. but not discounted enough for me to rationalize buying anything.

Not the greatest Last Call I’ve seen, but I’ve gotten good deals on some shoes here. I like the set up of the store, but the selection is a little sparse. The launching of their new website is really convenient too.

I prefer the Saks Fifth Avenue OFF5TH outlet, but this store is pretty good as well. I don’t think their men’s clothing selection is as good as Saks, but my wife does like the handbags and shoes available here. This store seems to be a bit heavy on the«home furnishings» department, and Neiman Marcus and I don’t see eye-to-eye on style on that front. Much like the Saks outlet, sign up for the e-mail list. The coupons are really the only way to shop here — it’s a bit pricey for being in an outlet mall otherwise.
